Ingredients
Now Time To mix it up!
  1. In A large bowl mix the egg yolkswhipping creamStevia Sugar & salt until smooth texture is accomplished.
  2. Grab a regular sized bowl and mix the almond flour with baking powder.
  3. Combine and whisk step 2 into large bowl step 1 until mixture is even.
  4. Use either a Electric mixer or Handheld mixer which ever is available and beat the egg whites in a separate bowl. Then mix into the batter created in step 3.
  5. Melt butter in a large non-stick pan such as my favorite the Red Cooper 12in over medium heat.
  6. Grab your deliciously prepared batter and pour into pan 3 tablespoons per pancake or if you prefer smaller or bigger pancakes, here its your fun time!
  7. For recommended 3 tablespoons, cook an average of 3 minutes on each side then an additional 2 minutes on each side or until desired brown is achieved.

Now sit back and enjoy your wonderful pancake creations. You may mix with a Sugar Free Syrup to complement the low carb meal and some eggs on the side if you desire! Also remember if you like to top it with very little fruit toppings it is ok as long as you are remaining under 20-40 grams of carbs per day. ENJOY!
