Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1-3 Business days, except for weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours unless the product(s) is a special order or on backorder. If the product(s) is a special order or on backorder, you will be notified via email. The item(s) purchased will be shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are delivered to you within 7-10 business days.

We currently ship to the lower 48 states without surcharges. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and orders outside the United States (international) are subject to higher shipping costs. If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States, please contact us at Info@FePerformance.com for shipping quotes before ordering. If for any reason you have not received confirmation of your order within 7 business days, we apologize, please contact us for your order status so we can bring everything back up to speed.

Returns

At Forever Evolving Performance we understand sometimes one may change their mind and that is understandable we are all human. However, as soon as an order is placed everything shifts into order immediately so you may get your purchases out and to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations:

  • Orders must be canceled within 30 minutes. This helps us ensure employees don’t ship a prepared package and allows us to flag the order before it goes through the packaging process. For orders that are not in stock or special order, we allow 24 hours. If not canceled within 24 hours for special orders there is a 10% cancellation fee.
  • While we understand the need to cancel, we hope you may understand that the 10% fee covers 6% alone in credit card processing fee’s and the 4% covers the staffing input to get packages ready.
  • For Special orders already made or in the process of being made, If cancellation is requested during those times then a 25% cancellation fee will be imposed. For cancellations please email Info@FePerformance.com.

Supplement Returns:

  • ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
  • Please contact us for an RMA so we may return all items in the appropriate fashion via our return procedure.
  • We back our supplements with a hassle free worry free returns. If for any reason you are not happy or feel our formula doesn’t change your digestion system and overall well-being. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to schedule your return!

Apparel Returns:

  • ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
  • Please contact us for an RMA so we may return all items in the appropriate fashion via our return procedure.
  • Items must be Unopened and Not Installed/worn.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Any Returns accepted are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable & return shipping will be at buyers expense.
  • In the event of fitment, flaws, or defective items, pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • Special orders or Made to order Products are non-returnable.
  • Any Product(s) returned whether for personal reasons is at our sole and absolute discretion, if item shows evidence of use, installation, improper handling, improper packaging, or improper shipping it will not be considered for exchange, refund, and may void its warranty.

Items Damaged in Transit

  • Immediately upon delivery, it is advised to inspect item, possibly even before signing for the product delivered (if applicable). If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at Info@FePerformance.com within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned to us and send you a replacement.

If for any reason you received the wrong item in error, rest assured we will work to make it correct immediately!
