Lemon water
Yes not lemon juice, lemon water. Big difference when it comes to enjoying the benefits of consuming lemon water. Personally the major difference in my life has been digestion and weight-loss aid! Immediately, possible next day you can enjoy the same benefits but directions will come later, for now lets view the chart to see my top 10 Lemon Water Benefits.
So Now I’m sure you’re looking the best way to start making lemon water and enjoy the benefits so lets dive into it! This is what I do to make my lemon water for the week so I don’t have to think about squeezing a lemon everyday (can be daunting for most & not for nothing my busy life style).
Time to invest in yourself here are some options!
1. BIG PITCHER 96 oz+ (Break Resistant Clear Plastic Pitcher (96 oz./ 3 quart) OR 3 (Ball Quart Jar, Wide Mouth, Set of 12)
2. Lemon Squeezer (Lemon Squeezer Lime Juicer Dome Lid and Citrus Storage with Pour Spout) I like this one as appose to the handheld one as its cleaner to use and allows you to maintain the pulp. Just as an example and option this is the handled one (Bellemain Premium Quality Stainless Steel Lemon Squeezer with Silicone Handles) Yes silicone handles will make all the difference!
3. Lemons (Lemons, Small, 2 lb) OR support your local market!
Now that we have the materials needed let’s start creating! So in this example we are using 96oz pitcher. The ratio we will be using 8oz of water to 1 lemon. Working with 96oz bottle we will divide 96/8 and we get 12 which is how many lemons we will need to squeeze to make a 96oz pitcher.
SIMPLE STEPS – The creation of 96oz’s of goodness #lemonwater
1. Squeeze 12 lemons
2. Place all lemon juice into 96oz bottle (I like to include the pulp as well, kind of like fruit in a jar is how I like to think about it)
3. Fill up 96oz bottle with your favorite water till you reach the 96oz line or fill bottle to top.
4. Shake it all around then pour & enjoy an 8oz glass at a time (morning/lunch/dinner) but if travel alot I would keep it to Mornings/Dinners and save the three times a day for the weekends.
