What is Apple Cider Vinegar?
Simply put Apples that are crushed, distilled and fermented produces the product we love, Apple Cider Vinegar. Fermentation? What’s that? Then step 2 occurs where the formation of bacteria called acetobacter creates the beneficial acetic acid in Apple Cider Vinegar.
